Report by Material Cultures and ARUP commissioned by Newham Council to explore the feasibility for circular construction infrastructure in the borough with 4 models proposed, of which TPE is a pilot.
The founding partners, Yes Make, Material Cultures and RESOLVE Collective produced this document as a pitch to be the chosen operator of the TPE site at Charles Street in the Royal Docks.
This document gives an overview of TPE’s relevance to its location, by drawing from the site’s historical industrial heritage and outlining its development context.
